We want your stay at the North Cottage to be as relaxing and comfortable for you and so we offer these accommodations:
- Two bedrooms(queen & full size) & study with a futon
- Living Room with one sofa bed
- Kitchen includes-stove, frig, sink, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker and pots/pans/dishes/silverware
- Full Bathroom
- Video monitor and WIFI
- Dining table with six chairs
- Central Air Conditioning
- Pool-14 x 28
- Dock (best used during good weather)
- Parking for 3 cars
- No Smoking, pets or outdoor fires
- Full Kitchen
- Good times and great memories, no additional charge!
We named the cottage "North" because it is north of the main house.
Rates
Contact us at the email address below for In-season and Out-of-season weekly rates.
The "weekly" rental is from noon Saturday to 4pm Friday. Adjustments to the schedule may be accommodated upon request.
A 200$ security deposit is required prior to March 1, 2023. The deposit will be applied toward the rental fee, assuming the property is vacated in good condition.
